We would advise that if you have recently travelled overseas or been in contact with someone who is positive to Coronavirus to call the practice to discuss your options. If you meet this criteria please do not present to the practice. We do offer over the phone consults during your 14 day quarantine period. If you are experiencing ‘flu-like’ symptoms and have not recently travelled or been in contact with someone who has – your appointment will be treated as normal.
We are taking extra measures to keep our staff and patients safe – when you attend the practice you’re welcome to call ahead to advise you have arrived and wait on the chairs outside.
If you have recently travelled and start to experience these symptoms during your 14 day quarantine, you are required to present to one of the below locations.
At gp on beaufort we are taking all care in keeping our practice a safe environment by general cleaning each day between 1-2pm. During this time, you are unable to enter the practice.

We are now able to to offer all our patients consultation over the phone. This includes phone and video consult. If you have an upcoming appointment face to face and do not need to attend the practice, please call reception to change your appointment.

The idea behind a tele consult is to minimise the risk of the spread of Covid-19 by keeping you at home and attending to your medical needs over the phone.

- THE NAME OF A PERSON WHO HAS RECENTLY TRAVELLED AND HAS A CONFIRMED CASE OF COVID-19
